Afterward, your provider may massage the treated fat, which initially appears as a hard, frozen area.
CoolSculpting Recovery
CoolSculpting has no discernible downtime, however most patients choose to take it easy the rest of the day due to mild aching of the treated area(s). Avoid alcohol for a few days to limit the risk of bruising. Swelling and itching are common post-treatment. Any numbness or nerve twinges should resolve in three weeks or less.
